Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Eligibility Returns are accepted for: damaged or defective items, wrong items received, or items that don't match the description. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on certain items.

How to Request a Return Email us at support#knowledgear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. We'll respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
